The way to process sample order is: we will issue proforma invoice (P/I) immediately after receiving buyer's order request, buyer confirm that all the details on the P/I are correct, then pay according to the payment term on the P/I, we will send out samples in 5 working days after we received payment.

For large orders, we would like to recommend T/T; We usually collect 40% of total amount as deposit, and collect the balance before shipment, please send us the copy of remittance slip once the payment is done, so we can check with our bank and confirm to you once the payment arrive SUNDOPT account.

We usually ship small order by air. There are many international couriers for your option, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and China EMS. If you already have account with DHL, UPS or other couriers, you can advise us in advance and we can send the goods under your account.

We usually ship large orders by sea. In general, the ocean shipment will spend more days than by air. So the shipping way is subject to your demand in advance. And customs clearance paperwork and procedures will be handled by the forwarder. In case of any additional documentation, Sundopt will assist the forwarder with it as much as possible.

This warranty statement is valid for All LED lights(include LED tube, LED bulb, LED ceiling light, LED PAR lamp, LED panel light) manufactured by Sundopt Co., Ltd. (SUNDOPT)

SUNDOPT product has a 2-year warranty from the date of shipment from SUNDOPT factory, product failure within this period which are related to defective material and/or workmanship will be repaired or completely replaced free of charge to customer.

Excluded from warranty claims is the normal degradation of LED light output over time. Damage of the products through inappropriate or negligent handling can not be claimed under warranty conditions. Freight, handling, insurance charges for sending defective products back to SUNDOPT must be paid by customers, while freight, handling, insurance charges for sending the repaired/replaced product back to customer will be paid by SUNDOPT.

Products sending back request must be confirmed by SUNDOPT before shipment, customer must prepare corresponding documents (for China custom clear use) under SUNDOPT guidance. SUNDOPT has the right to reject any unconfirmed product-return.

SUNDOPT will not be liable for incidental or consequential losses or damages to any nature, including but not limited to lost profits or commercial loss, to the fullest extent that those losses or damages can be disclaimed by law.

EXW Shenzhen means buyers collect orders at SUNDOPT factory, buyers afford all the expense from SUNDOPT factory to buyers'place, buyers need to do custom clearance with china customs. If buyers have shipping agent (forwarder) in China, they can close the deal under EXW Shenzhen. If not, we would like to recommend FOB Shenzhen.

We usually quote based on EXW Shenzhen, if we use FOB Shenzhen, the unit price will be the same as EXW Shenzhen unit price, but buyers need to afford US$300/order< part of FOB fee >

Step 1

Find out what your light fixture type is? There are two types, one using magnetic (inductive) ballast, let us call it MAGNETIC BALLAST TYPE. The other one using Electronic ballast. Let us call it ELECTRONIC BALLAST TYPE.

The easiest way to tell which light fixture you have is by looking for a 'starter' The MAGNETIC BALLAST TYPE has 'starter' while the ELECTRONIC BALLAST TYPE does not.

Step 2

Turn power off before installation. Wiring the fixture to use the LED tubes is simple, but should be performed by a qualified person.

For MAGNETIC BALLAST TYPE, only remove the starter from light fixture; do not need to remove ballast. Also you can remove starter and ballast if it is convenient.

For ELECTRONIC BALLAST TYPE, remove/bypass the electronic ballast from light fixture. Do not install the LED tube without removing/bypassing the electronic ballast as damage to the LED tube may occur.

Step 3

Install LED tube to the light fixture. Turn power on.

The two pins at each end of the LED tube are connected together. Simply apply one side of the 120 Volts (or 220 Volts) AC to one end of the tube (either pin) and the other side of the 120 Volts (or 220 Volts) AC to the other end. Power can be applied to either pin.

Under no conditions: DO NOT connect power (positive & negative) to the two pins at one end only. If they are connected together (positive/negative): you will create a short circuit!
